woke up at 9 this morning, went for breakfast (opps, sorry, no pictures of the breakfast buffet, forgot to bring down my camera). after breakfast, went to starbucks next door for the real coffee. as usual la, coffee at hotel always not to kencang.
after starbucks, went back to room to "pan-sai", shower and then went to town to jalan2. first stop was this famous temple place called "erawan shrine". according to the story, this is the place where people will go to make a wish, and mostly, their wishes are all granted. recently, one mentally disturbed guy went to this place, and hammer it down. the statue were all broken, and the guardians of this place beat up this guy until death. wrong place to mess around. now, there's no statue except pictures of it. but still a lot of people went there to make their wishes.
erawan shrine

opposite erawan shrine, there is a small protest going on, from opposition party, all wanting thaksin to step down. apparantly, the protest grew bigger and make few main road in bangkok all jammed.

one thing about bangkok, their cabs are so colourful, got pink, orange, red, blue, red & blue strip, yellow & green, few other colours which i forgot (like brazil jersey...cun giler)
big and small elephant...and with me standing next to them (typical tourist isn't it...haha)

on the way to spa place, taking a tut-tut ride....super fast i tell u this one....see my hand, have to hold the room side, otherwise sure flew off. the spa that i went....a very nice one...excuse me, this one is a proper spa la, no hanky panky stuff (such a good boy...hehe)

after looking at the menu, decided to go for facial relaxing. i know it sounds sissy, but this is my first time trying something different. well, tell me how many guys actually went for facial relaxing? very rare you find the "yes" answer. let me tell u something, it was a damn good facial relaxing therapy. it was so good that makes me snored during my session.

outside the hotel, before i checked out. also, last minute photo inside the hotel. dem ganas the image behind me.

after checked out from "the davis", i moved in to another place in bangkok. this place is called "fraser place". a very nice service aparment. the pictures are from their lobby.

the bedroom and living room in fraser place...super cool service apartment.
that's pretty much about my day 2 in bangkok. till then...
