KLIMS 06

last sunday i went to KLIMS 06 (kl international motorshow) at pwtc. reached there at 11am, and i can see a lot of people already started coming in. went to bought the ticket (rm20) and went in straight to check out the exhibition.

first exhibition hall, i have to walk out first, then go all the way down, which i think is quite far. went in there, the first attraction is bridgestone booth, with a ferrari f1 car displayed there. but the 2 so call ambassador for bridestone....err, lets just say it as they don't deserve to be there la. bridestone should choose their ambassador properly, cannot simply main hantam je chosing the girls....ewww.

there's actually nothing much to see here, at hall 1. nothing really interest me there, except this amoi from...aiyor, i can't remember the booth. face ok la, but i went around the booth, and was looking her back, wahh, got tattoo there. i wanted to snap but too many people around me, scared people will think i'm hamsap. so, i just ignore it la.

then went to another hall, look see look see. frankly speaking, i was disappointed with the exhibition overall. in terms of cars displayed, no doubt some of the concept cars are so canggih. the only happening booth is honda. toyota has a big booth, with a stage. there were dancers perfoming on the stage when i was there, but come on, people go there to see cars, not dancers. this is so common la to have dancers perform, so not interesting anymore.

for honda, i can say that they know what to attract crowd there. they brought their asimo robot, which can move like almost human, can dance, can climb up stairs, can balance on a slanting platform, can move fast and slow.....interesting. of course on the talking part, didn't really sound like robot la, sounds like someone behind the stage with a mic, pretending to be the asimo robot.

i've been to bangkok international motorshow, which is far much better than this one. here, there are some sections whereby u need to climb up stairs to see the booth...which is not very practical from my point of view. in bangkok, all were situated in one big convention centre, where everything is there. u don't have to climb up stairs, u don't have to go to different halls....

my opinion, this event is not happening and attractive enough. hopefully they can improve in their future exhibitions.

anyway, what is motorshow without snapping some pictures....well, here are the pictures for you
