as age is catching up, exercise is important in order to keep myself healthy. i love football. as per Coke's tagline last time, makan bola, tidur bola, minum coca-cola. i try to make my weekend as healthy as possible by playing futsal. those who knows me well, saturday afternoon will be my futsal time. nothing can come between that.
last saturday, i went to play futsal as usual. healthy mah, must exercise lor. it was quite fun. weather was ok, cloudy and not hot but still humid. i know we play indoor, but still....quite an important factor to the stamina. if it's too hot, definitely we all pamcit very fast....hehe.
anyway, i injured myself again (1st time was last year), but not too bad, compare to the first one. last year was quite bad, tempang for almost 2 weeks. since then, my ankle has not been fully recovered. sudah longgar oredi.
i was running, suddenly fell down. i suspected the pitch is not even. few people has actually fell there, at the same spot. after heard the "prak" sound coming from my ankle, i knew i have to stop playing. true enough la, i can't walk after that. luckily i had cold mineral water with me. i used that to put on my ankle. this time, managed to reduce the bruise on my ankle. lepak for almost 30 mins, then decided to play again. not a smart thing to do right? hehehe...i did it anyway.
